NANNA always have animals coming through the doors who are lost, it is hard to know just where they have come from and some of them are in beautiful condition
NANNA has decided to dedicate this page to found animals to try and find their owners and we have another page dedicated to LOST PETS, if you have lost or found an animal and would like us to include them on either page then please email us their photo and all the details, plus a contact no. for yourself and we will include them.
NANNA has a facebook group called
Lost and Found Animals within Northamptonshire
Please join it, you can add your photo of you lost pets and any animal you find, all we ask is that you cut and paste or share all the animals as they come on to the page.
This way we can get the animals out to more people and hopefully more owners will be found

He incredibly sweet, a neutered male and is quite skinny - but extremely friendly. I've added him on the missing pet register and is it okay if you could put him in your Found pets? I've attached a picture. Could you put 'Found in Brington, Huntingdon?' please? He knows how to use the catflap.
He has obviously been very well loved but is sticking around and I've never seen him in our area before.
Found Rabbit in Oakley Vale area of corby . Buck must be at least 6 months not a large one tho, has lovely siamese markings and is very friendly. But my Big REW does not like him as he was hoping for a female . He lives in my kitchen at night and has to go in the guinea pig run during the day ( not ideal as it is to small , but better than a car or cat getting him) Has not been Neutered and no way of knowing if he has had any MYXI or VHD vaccs .01933 650372 is the number to call if you think you know who this rabbit is - thank you
Hi I have a young male stray black and White cat who has turned up at my house in Rushden. He is extremely friendly and follows us everywhere. He was very hungry so I have given him a couple of meals. I think he is not neutered.

My daughter found this sweetheart limping through the neighborhood, (S)he is terribly thin and dirty, but kind so we believe it is lost from her people. (we have not identified gender because we do not want to stress it too much by too much handling. The limp-injury does not seem new.)
The cat is very large, (but thin from hunger) black with front white toes, and white to the knee on the back legs, a little bit of white on the lower abdomen. White on the chin, and a little spot of white on the right side of it's upper lip. The cat was found in Rushden, if you think you know this cat please ring 01933 650372

Dusty (named because she was hanging around the bin), was found on the A6!
She is a very lucky young lady, but it was just the start of the rush hour and she could have quiet easily been killed or seriously injured.

Dusty will be put up for re homing on the 1st February 2011 if she is not claimed!

Hi, my name is Buster and I am a very large neutered male with lots of affection, I am a stray and I was found wandering around Pattishall area of Northamptonshire.
I was loved by someone because I am in purr-fect condition, maybe a little too large, but not too naughty on the size issue.
I like slwwping a fair amount and I do get a little upset if disturbed too much, so perhaps I would be best with an older family to call my own, rather than with little children who may try to keep picking me up.

Dumped in a cardboard box at Irthligborough Lakes
We have name these two Jack and Frostie
These two young kittens were dumped in a box and they were close to starving when they came to us!
We have had to feed these little one a little food often because they were starving, not hungry, STARVING! Their tummies would not take too much food so little and often, they are now eating normally but they attack the food because they are frightened they may not get any again.
